Yooniz Partner Program Terms

Last updated: July 2026

These terms govern participation in the Yooniz partner (affiliate) program, operated by Lavi Learning and Training Technologies LLC, a company registered in the State of Florida, United States (“Yooniz”, “we”). Enrolling in the program and using your personal link constitute full acceptance of these terms. A partner must be of legal age (18+) with legal capacity.

1. Your personal link and attribution

Each partner is assigned a unique code and personal link. A family's signup is credited to the partner when it arrives through the personal link and is attributed to them in the system.

Attribution is based on the link and a cookie stored in the user's browser. If a user is exposed to several marketing sources, credit may be given to the recorded/last source per the system's attribution logic. There is no obligation to credit a signup not properly attributed to the partner.

2. Commissions

The partner earns 25% of every payment actually made by a referred family during its first 12 months from joining, and 10% of every payment thereafter, for as long as the family remains an active subscriber.

Founding partners may receive an increased rate (30% in the first year) under a separate agreement or approval by Yooniz. There is no automatic entitlement to the founding rate.

Commission is calculated on the amount actually paid and may be net of taxes and processing fees applicable to the transaction. Figures and calculators on the site are illustrative only.

3. Payment and taxes

Commissions accrue on payments actually received, are released after a 30-day holding period (to confirm subscription stability and non-refund), and are paid once a month via PayPal. The partner must provide a valid PayPal address in their dashboard. An alternative method (such as Wise or Payoneer) may be offered at Yooniz's discretion where PayPal is unavailable.

Minimum payout threshold: USD $25. A balance below the threshold rolls over to following months until it reaches the threshold amount, and is then paid.

The partner is solely responsible for any tax liability on the commissions and for issuing an invoice/receipt as required by law. Yooniz may withhold payment until missing payout details or required tax documents (such as W-8BEN for a non-U.S. partner, or W-9 for a U.S. partner) are completed.

4. Refunds and cancellations

Commission is paid only on months actually paid. In case of a refund, chargeback, or fraud, the corresponding commission is reversed and offset against the partner's future payments.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not buy paid advertising on the name or mark “Yooniz” or similar variations (brand bidding), so as not to compete with the official site for the same traffic.

No spam, unsolicited messages, or violations of platform rules (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.). You must disclose that a link is an affiliate link as required by law and platform policy.

No false representations, misleading promises, or creating the impression that the partner is an official representative or employee of Yooniz. Self-referral (subscribing your own account through your link), attribution manipulation (“cookie stuffing”), and offensive or unlawful content are prohibited.

6. Trademarks and license

Yooniz grants the partner a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the name and provided marketing materials solely to promote the program. They may not be used otherwise, modified, or used to imply ownership or an official partnership.

7. Partner status

The partner acts as an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency, or legal-partnership relationship. The partner operates at their own expense and responsibility.

8. Termination

Either party may end participation at any time with notice. Commissions lawfully accrued before termination will be paid, subject to the holding period and the refund mechanism.

Yooniz may suspend or terminate a partner account, and withhold or forfeit commissions, in case of breach, fraud, or suspicious activity.

9. No earnings guarantee

The data, estimates, and calculators on the site are illustrative only and are not a promise, representation, or commitment of any earnings. Actual earnings depend on factors outside Yooniz's control.

10. Limitation of liability

The program is provided “as is”. Yooniz is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. In any case, Yooniz's total liability is limited to the amount of commissions not yet paid to the partner.

11. Changes to the terms

Yooniz may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated version, which will be published on this page.

12. Privacy, law, and jurisdiction

Processing of personal data is subject to the Yooniz privacy policy. The partner program operates worldwide, and the operating company is registered in the State of Florida, United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts located in Florida. This does not override mandatory consumer-protection rights a partner may have under the local law of their place of residence.
